Cassette-to-CD.com has been in the business of converting cassette tapes to CD, vinyl LP records to CD and transferring slides, and photos to
CD/DVD, plus transferring home videos to DVD since Jan, 2001.
We respect and are committed to protecting your privacy.
No one outside of Cassette-to-CD.com employees will have access to your cassettes. No work is outsourced, or done off-premises.
A copy of the cassette recordings is retained on our hard drives for about 30 days to insure safe delivery of your cassettes and CDs back to you.
After 30 days the material is deleted unless you notify us sooner.
Your name, address, and where provided, your email address and phone number are retained on our secure system for accounting purposes and
customer status requests only. This data is used for no other purpose than our own internal record keeping.
We will never sell, rent, or give away your name or address to any outside party, ever; and we will never send you any un-requested e-mail
promotions.
